Work Schedule and Shift Requirements
Full-Time Monday–Friday Shift Requirements Day Shift Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs
Job Description
Seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to assist with the assembly, fabrication, and light welding of metal components and products in a manufacturing environment. This position supports daily production operations while ensuring products meet company quality and safety standards.
Job Duties:
Assemble and fabricate metal components and products
Perform light and stitch welding tasks as needed
Operate hand tools and shop equipment including drill presses and bench presses
Prepare materials and components for assembly and production
Conduct visual quality inspections to verify finished products meet company standards
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Assist production teams with general manufacturing and assembly operations
Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or welding experience preferred
Preference may be given to candidates with at least 1,000 hours of welding or fabrication training and/or American Welding Society (AWS) certification
Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a production team
