Accepts responsibility for personal decisions/conduct Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) or similar training may be required for some assignments Essential Functions Maintains a thorough understanding of subject matter and pedagogy.
