Key Responsibilities
As the first face and voice our patients encounter, you are the heartbeat of our office. You will keep our practice running smoothly by:
- Welcoming the Community: Greeting patients, visitors, and team members with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Managing Communication: Answering phones, handling emails, and directing office communication seamlessly.
- Mastering the Schedule: Efficiently booking, confirming, and optimizing patient appointments to keep the day running smoothly.
- Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting connections with patients through excellent, empathetic communication.
- Administrative Excellence: Keeping the engine running via accurate data entry, filing, paperwork, and highly organized front-office systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Dental Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on dental office experience (Strictly Required).
- Tech-Savvy: High comfort level using computers and navigating dental practice management software.
