Job Details:

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Join a growing engineering team where you’ll lead site development and stormwater projects that positively impact communities and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

Lead business development, proposals, and client relationships
Manage civil/site and stormwater projects from concept through construction
Oversee design of drainage systems, grading, utilities, and stormwater management solutions
Provide technical leadership, QA/QC, and mentorship to engineering staff
Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements
Represent the firm at industry events and support market growth

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)
8+ years of experience in site civil, municipal, or stormwater design
Strong knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics, permitting, and infrastructure design
Proven success in client development and project delivery
PE license
