Responsibilities Oversee the overall scheduling of the school’s facilities and communicate all relevant information to affected personnel, including interface with Athletics and Fine Arts. Manage scheduling of facility rental for all nonathletic requests for campus usage by non-WCS entities Annual evaluation of the WCS custodial, groundskeeper and maintenance staff. Provide input as a member of the Building Committee. Set agenda and coordinate with chairman. Work closely with building maintenance, groundskeeper and custodial staff to ensure project completion and communication Develop, maintain and report all required environmental, health and maintenance standards as required by law and to work with the administration, to ensure compliance with all regional, state and federal regulations and laws as they impact the school. Ensure clear bids and specifications for all outside contractual work and that all such specs have input from Head of School, Building Committee, Finance and affected school employees. Coordinate the oversight of all outside contractors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and budgetary restrictions and communicate with the Head of School and Finance. Monitor the building budget and facility fund amounts Long-range planning to support future needs and growth Coordinate van maintenance and repairs Maintain all records relating to building contracts, services, vehicles, equipment, etc. Coordinate with the custodial staff and applicable staff the logistics, communication, and execution of special school activities and events. Chair the Safety Committee and manage, update, and disperse information for safety procedures. Manage traffic duty team Oversee and attend (be available for) all events (excluding WCS athletic events), held on campus outside of school hours (including annual off‑site concert). Maintain a record of ongoing projects and requests. Work closely with Athletic Director for facility scheduling and WCS van usage. Other duties as deemed necessary by HOS. Position Type: Full‑time Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 Per Year Job Categories: Administration > Facilities Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in educational background. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detailed-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor degree preferred.
