Position: Shop Technician
Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Schedule: M-F 8am to 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $15+ per hour
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a dependable and hardworking individual to join our welding test facility team. This position is ideal for someone willing to learn, work in a hands-on environment, and assist wherever needed to support daily operations. Shop Technician Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain welding booths, work areas, and equipment
Grind and prep metal materials for welding tests
Assist welders and supervisors with shop tasks
Move materials and tools throughout the facility
Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
Perform general labor duties and step in where needed
Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
Shop Technician Qualifications:
Willingness to work in a welding shop environment
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift
Comfortable using grinders and basic hand tools
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous welding shop or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
Must pass employment screenings
