I’ve been with State Farm for nine years — it’s the only company I’ve ever worked for — and I began my career as a team member before opening my own agency. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
