2026 Summer Sophomore Internship - Global Markets - New York Interested in working in finance, specifically sales and trading, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Sophomore Internship Program within our Global Markets business. You’ll get to: Extract market moving data from a variety of sources to inform decisions across our Global Markets business Learn about client relationships, product sales and trading by shadowing teams in their daily environment Gain a deeper understanding of what clients want based on market trends, their needs and their investment styles Your team You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services. Your expertise Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 and has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above Has a passion for financial markets and is a detail‑oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. Salary information The base rate of pay offered for this role is $40.86/hour Your program During your 10‑week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts. You’ll also get direct exposure to management and one‑on‑one mentorship. Sophomore interns will collaborate with deal teams on live projects, and the summer will culminate in a final project presented to a team of senior bankers.
