The Opportunity

QTrade is seeking an organized, responsive, and proactive Junior Client Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of established clients. You will own the day-to-day client experience after onboarding by processing and tracking orders, providing timely updates, coordinating requests, gathering forecasts, and making sure open items reach the right internal owner.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in dependable follow-through, communicates calmly and clearly, and enjoys connecting clients with the teams responsible for planning, production, quality, product development, and fulfillment. You will also help support retention and account growth by recognizing reorder needs, product-development requests, and other opportunities for Sales follow-up.

The position provides inside-sales support, while responsibility for pricing, contract negotiations, and closing sales remains with the appropriate commercial owner.

What You Will Do:

• Own the day-to-day relationship with an assigned portfolio of onboarded clients and serve as their primary contact after onboarding.
• Receive, review, enter, and confirm client purchase orders accurately and on time in NetSuite and designated order-tracking tools.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Production, Warehouse, Quality, R&D, and other teams to confirm order status, scheduling, product availability, and delivery commitments.
• Provide proactive and accurate order confirmations, ship dates, status updates, delay notices, and other relevant information.
• Maintain the required communication cadence for each client and document significant communications, commitments, open items, and follow-up activities.
• Collect client projections, forecasts, anticipated reorder timing, and other demand information for S&OP and Sales.
• Coordinate routine requests involving samples, certificates of analysis, artwork, product documentation, and shipping information.
• Resolve routine client-service issues within established authority and promptly escalate quality, technical, pricing, contractual, or other commercial matters.
• Track client requests and internal action items through completion and communicate revised expectations before the client must request an update.
• Support retention and account growth by identifying reorder needs, product-development requests, cross-selling opportunities, and changes in client needs.
• Maintain accurate account information, document internal handoffs, and monitor service indicators to address concerns before they become larger issues.
• Monitor open invoices and aging for your client portfolio, send payment reminders, and follow up on past-due balances.
• Resolve billing questions and invoice disputes, flag at-risk accounts, and coordinate any account holds with Accounting.

Required Qualifications:

• Two to four years of experience in client success, account coordination, B2B customer service, order management, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience managing business-to-business orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused, manage competing priorities, and determine when to resolve or escalate an issue.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate client and order records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, contract manufacturing, or another manufacturing environment.
• Experience using an ERP system, such as NetSuite, to enter, manage, and track customer orders.
• Experience collecting forecasts, anticipated reorder timing, or other customer-demand information.
• Experience supporting client retention, account growth, or inside-sales activities.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field; directly relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Compensation

Base salary of $60,000 per year plus a performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary. This is a salaried, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime. Your bonus is based on six Core Outcomes:

· Order Accuracy: Purchase orders entered correctly the first time.

· Confirmation Speed: Orders confirmed to clients promptly.

· Proactive Updates: Clients hear about changes before they ask.

· Forecast Collection: Client projections delivered on schedule.

· Accounts Current: Receivables in your client portfolio kept current.

· Client Retention: Client relationships retained and growing.
