Landscape Team Member Department: Landscaping Employment Type: Full Time Location: Fort Wayne, IN Reporting To: Operations Manager Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 / hour Description Galbraith’s Landscaping & Lawn Care is proudly celebrating 75 years as a locally owned and growing company serving both residential and commercial customers. To support our continued growth, we are seeking independent, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and seeing the results of their work. In this role, you will drive a company vehicle to customer properties to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides that improve lawns and manage pests. We provide hands‑on training to teach proper application techniques and how to identify common lawn problems. Once trained, you will be able to diagnose and resolve lawn issues during service visits and offer additional services to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for completing your daily schedule and all required forms and reports. Skills, Knowledge and Requirements At least 21 years old Enthusiastic and dependable Landscaping experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Valid Driver's License and Excellent Driving Record Ability To Pass Background Check and Drug Screen Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to the branch Assist with landscape construction projects including sod installation, patios, softscape plantings, and site preparation Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from supervisors Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds repeatedly Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays May Be Required Why join Galbraith's Landscaping & Lawn Care Pay range for this role is $17.00-$21.00 per hour and is determined based on previous work experience.
