This is a rare opportunity to help shape a company's move into a new sector, taking ownership of a technically demanding project from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities include:

✅ Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout

✅ Leading project planning, scheduling, procurement and execution

✅ Managing budgets, cost control, forecasting and change orders

✅ Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, vendors and field teams

✅ Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documents

✅ Leading constructability reviews and resolving coordination issues

✅ Managing RFIs, submittals, payment applications and documentation

✅ Developing and maintaining project and procurement schedules

✅ Coordinating complex MEP, refrigeration, structural and architectural scopes

✅ Identifying and managing project risks before they become issues

✅ Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships

✅ Overseeing punch list, commissioning, turnover, warranties and closeout
