Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position located in Wabasha, Minnesota. This role involves providing occupational therapy services to patients in a critical access hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient
• Location: Wabasha, Minnesota
• Schedule: 8-hour days, typically Monday through Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Minimum Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist License and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification. Candidate must hold at least a Graduate from an OT program, with 1+ years of experience preferred; other experience levels will be considered.
• Experience: 0+ years required; 1+ years preferred.
• Unit Overview: Serve patients on outpatient basis with support to acute care and swing bed. The facility is a critical access hospital licensed for 25 beds, including acute (medical/surgical), nursing home, and outpatient rehab.
• Charting Experience: Epic preferred.
• Additional Information: GSA (General Schedule Agreement) orientation week is not guaranteed. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed. Billing occurs from Monday through Sunday; 8-hour orientation is unbillable. Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepting the offer, or 24 hours for a quick start.
• Shift Notes: 8-hour days with day rotation including one Saturday every 12th week.
