Job Overview Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a PRN Night Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its team. Schedule Hours of Work: 7 pm-7 am Days of Week: one or two days, any day of the week Work Shift: PRN (United States of America) Role Summary In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging Respiratory Therapist PRN position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The RT consistently performs evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program Current Basic Life Support certification required Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - must obtain within 1 year of hire Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the Texas Medical Board Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care At least 6 months respiratory care experience Responsibilities Communicate clearly and openly Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment Be accountable for your performance Always look for ways to improve the patient experience Take initiative for your professional growth Be engaged and eager to build a winning team About Our Hospital Methodist Dallas Medical Center is one of North Texas best places to work.
