Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,160-$10,850 Setting: Emergency Department / Urgent Care Start Date: 7/3/2026 End Date: 7/5/2026 Schedule: Night shifts Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per shift; 40-60 patients per 24 hours Department Size: 13 beds Work Arrangement: On-site locum tenens opportunity Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of Emergency Medicine physician experience required Board certification required Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure Current ACLS certification required Current ATLS certification required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency care environment Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting to the emergency department Manage a broad range of acute, urgent, and emergent medical conditions in an ED/Urgent Care setting Collaborate with hospital-based specialists and support teams to coordinate timely patient care Utilize tele-stroke and tele-ICU resources to support complex clinical decision-making Stabilize and manage emergency cases in accordance with established protocols and best practices Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the medical record Deliver high-quality care during night shift coverage while maintaining strong communication with the interdisciplinary team GHR Healthcare offers 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision to Employees.
