Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager on staff management and project planning
  • Foster positive and supportive relationships with team members
  • Delegate daily tasks and ensure successful completion
  • Promptly address issues and concerns to maintain smooth operations
  • Supervise staff and manage merchandise effectively
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example to maintain a fun and enthusiastic work atmosphere
