Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with basic carpentry knowledge and strong leadership skills to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and materials to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee and manage multiple projects from start to completion
• Ensure necessary materials are available and allocated to the project
• Develop detailed project timelines and plans
• Measure and report on project progress
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget
• Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• Supervise and support crew members on-site
• Maintain clear communication across all phases of projects
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets AG Wood Corp. standards
• Problem solve and adapt quickly to changing project needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred 
• Basic carpentry or construction experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience managing people or teams
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently 
• Team oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
