As an LMFT, you'll help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship conflict, communication concerns, emotional distress, and significant life changes.Your day will center on scheduled therapy sessions, clinical decision-making, and keeping care plans and records current. The role offers a steady weekday schedule and the ability to practice from a remote setting.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead video-based counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and familiesIdentify patterns affecting relationships, communication, and emotional well-beingSet practical therapeutic goals with each clientSelect interventions that align with the client's needs and presenting concernsRevisit goals regularly and make changes based on progressRecord session details and clinical updates within required timelinesRespond appropriately to safety concerns and higher-risk situationsPractice in accordance with Delaware professional, privacy, and telehealth standards
