Schedule: Onsite, M-F

Pay Range: $90,000 - $117,000

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and process optimization, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement

• Design and implement efficient workflows and systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production operations

• Develop data-driven reports to monitor performance metrics

• Support the implementation of new technologies and process upgrades

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in process improvement or industrial engineering roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
