Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment (on-site 3 days a week).

Responsibilities:

• Write tests and document technical work products, including code, scripts, and processes, in accordance with organizational standards and practices.
• Solve complex technical problems and build components/libraries with far-reaching impact.
• Deliver high-quality work and mentor junior engineers on technical craftsmanship.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic problems and lead the execution of action items to address them.
• Design integrated systems that model organizational best practices, enabling teams across product domains to deliver value with speed, scale, and reliability.
• Oversee the management of technical debt in existing systems and drive opportunities to eliminate it within ongoing implementations.
• Anticipate scaling, latency, and durability challenges, and guide teams in implementing mitigating strategies.
• Partner with the security organization to incorporate security-conscious practices early in the lifecycle of new systems.
• Evaluate technical risks thoughtfully and guide teams toward practical prevention strategies.
• Reflect on squad delivery practices, recommend improvements to leadership, and drive their implementation.
• Focus on removing duplication of effort across teams and proactively identify opportunities for reuse within the organization.
• Measure and assess team performance, identifying areas of development for individuals.
• Explore emerging technologies, lead the development of prototypes, and incorporate them into architectural solutions where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, CIS/MIS, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
• 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Agentic AI, RAG, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Java, Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of the travel domain.

Pay Range: $58 - $60/hr
