Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology - Midwest

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Thought Leader Liaison to lead Key Opinion Leader engagement strategy for lung and head and neck oncology across the Midwest. This field-based role involves developing regional KOL strategies, managing brand advocacy, and coordinating educational initiatives with significant travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development programs
- Serve as key brand team member providing market insights to shape RYBREVANT strategy
- Build relationships with academic, community KOLs and stakeholders across the district
- Monitor regional oncology trends and coordinate marketing education aligned to brand imperatives
- Manage regional marketing budget and oversee innovative educational platform development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience in marketing, medical affairs, or sales leadership
- Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to innovate and deliver results
- Deep understanding of ACCME/HCC/PhRMA compliance guidelines
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with strong patient impact focus
