Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule Options:
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum of 2+ years

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machinery to form and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with production standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Safely lift, move, and handle heavy materials during production.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a brake press or working in a metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
