Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Position Details

• Title: Hybrid Technician, Distribution Center

• Department: Warehouse & Shipping

What You'll Do

As a Hybrid Technician, you will serve as the frontline support resource for warehouse technology and operational systems, working closely with Operations, IT, vendors, and facility leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial printers and warehouse equipment

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and operational equipment

• Monitor and support Locus robotics and automation systems

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs

• Maintain parts and tote inventory

• Respond to facility and technology service requests

• Support DTS and B2C order processing within SALT

• Create and modify labels using ZPL coding

• Submit and track technical support tickets

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve equipment, software, and operational system issues

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system performance

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of software and server management experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to identify solutions

Preferred:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation, or robotics platforms

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or work order systems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools

• Willingness to operate a scissor lift and work at elevated heights
