Requirements J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials. 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Admission to the bar in the state of location preference or ability to become admitted promptly. Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
