Junior Staff Accountant

Position Overview The Staff Accountant will support the Finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting cycles, and improving internal processes. This role will have visibility across the organization and play a critical part in ensuring day-to-day accounting accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Perform general ledger account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies Support monthly close processes, including preparation of journal entries Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate coding and timely handling Maintain fixed asset schedules and calculate depreciation Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors as needed Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and support decision-making Assist in developing and improving internal processes and accounting documentation Monitor compliance with accounting standards and company policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships and early-career candidates encouraged to apply) Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with modern accounting systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in SaaS, tech, or professional services environments is a plus Why You Should Apply Be part of a mission-driven, high-growth company with a strong leadership team Work in a collaborative and supportive culture that values innovation and integrity Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
