Vice President of Finance

Position Summary Martin Yale Industries is a respected manufacturer with a legacy of innovation in print finishing, laminating, marking & coding, and office equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of multiple growing brands while serving as a key member of the executive leadership team in a company positioned for expansion across industrial, commercial print, and packaging markets. The VP of Finance is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations while contributing to long-term business growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the President, this role serves as a hybrid CFO/Controller position and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. The VP of Finance will lead Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Purchasing, and Financial Planning & Analysis while partnering with ownership and advisors on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, financial performance, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management activities. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, KPIs, and business performance metrics. Ensure compliance with banking, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements. Manage annual budgeting and rolling cash flow forecasting processes. Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence. Support acquisition evaluations, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives. Oversee Accounting, HR, IT, Purchasing, and FP&A functions. Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and business systems. Guide technology and automation initiatives, including cybersecurity oversight. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting. Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred). Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. CPA or CMA certification preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and contribute at the executive level. Why Join Martin Yale Industries?
