Interior Design Coordinator Our firm is currently seeking an Interior Design Coordinator to join its growing interior design team, which provides excellence in design and project quality. - Work within an energetic, collaborative environment under the direction of firm leadership.
- Provide project assistance for interior design staff as requested, under the direction of an Interior Designer:
- Construction Documents
- Assist with the creation of finish plans, elevations and details
- Create interior finish legends
- Implement redline changes
- Create product specifications
- Furniture Documents
- Assist with the selection of furniture and finishes
- Create client presentations
- Create specification documents
- Create documents for presentations and client meetings
- Create Project Presentation Boards
- Create Project Record Boxes
- Complete tasks as assigned to maintain interior design library, product representative relationships and appointments.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
- Completed a four- or two-year accredited interior design program.
- Revit® and Adobe Creative Cloud experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Individual should be self-motivated and focused to meet expectations and deadlines under limited supervision.
- Active participation in professional development groups
