Interior Design Coordinator

Our firm is currently seeking an Interior Design Coordinator to join its growing interior design team, which provides excellence in design and project quality. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work within an energetic, collaborative environment under the direction of firm leadership.
• Provide project assistance for interior design staff as requested, under the direction of an Interior Designer:
• Construction Documents
  1. Assist with the creation of finish plans, elevations and details
  2. Create interior finish legends
  3. Implement redline changes
  4. Create product specifications
• Furniture Documents
  1. Assist with the selection of furniture and finishes
  2. Create client presentations
  3. Create specification documents
  4. Create documents for presentations and client meetings
  5. Create Project Presentation Boards
  6. Create Project Record Boxes
• Complete tasks as assigned to maintain interior design library, product representative relationships and appointments.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate shall have:

• Completed a four- or two-year accredited interior design program.
• Revit® and Adobe Creative Cloud experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills; comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Individual should be self-motivated and focused to meet expectations and deadlines under limited supervision.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

• Active participation in professional development groups
