Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead to join their IT team on a new initiative. This individual will be responsible for leading QA efforts, developing test strategies, and implementing automated test frameworks across ETL and UI components of enterprise systems. The role requires strong experience in Python, PyTest, SQL, and Selenium, with a focus on data validation and automation in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and policy documentation into clear, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test cases for ETL validation processes using Python and PyTest frameworks.
• Develop and execute advanced SQL queries across multiple platforms (SQL Server, Oracle) for data profiling and debugging.
• Perform Web UI automation using Selenium to validate front-end behavior in data-driven applications.
• Collaborate with developers, Client, and DevOps teams to integrate QA automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and update documentation using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ensure quality assurance standards and best practices are followed throughout the SDLC (Agile & Waterfall).

Python Scripting - 5+ years writing test scripts for ETL pipelines

SQL - 3+ years writing complex queries for data validation and debugging

UI Automation - 1+ year using Selenium for front-end automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ years in large enterprise or e-business systems
• Background in healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid)
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
