Urgent Care Physician - On Call

We're looking for a BE/BC Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or IM/Peds trained physician for our multi-site Urgent Care Department to work on an on-call basis. Physicians may work pre-planned shifts or pick up shifts as they become available. We offer extended hours, advanced imaging, stat labs, and observation capabilities. The ideal candidate will be available to cover all shifts including evenings, able to see all age ranges and a large variety of medical conditions.

Position details:

• This is an on-call position. There is no associated FTE & is not benefit eligible.
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts depending on site
• Expanded hours at 2 clinics requires evening availability (until 11pm)
• Other sites have standard hours Monday - Friday, 7 am - 8 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 7 am - 5 pm
• This is a per-diem/as needed position with no guaranteed minimum number of shifts, hours, or compensation. There is no base pay or shift rate.
• Average compensation ranges from $2000 - $3000 per shift. Actual earnings may vary significantly based on shifts worked, productivity, and specialty mix.
• Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.
