A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATEAs a concierge associate, you work directly with residents, visitors, and guests to provide a safe and welcoming first impression of One Lincoln Park. General Responsibilities:Greet visitors and encourage sign-inAnswer phone professionally and direct appropriately Work with Marketing team to manage incoming sales related calls and walk-in visits from prospective tenantsLight organization and cleanup in the main lobby areaAdministrative Responsibilities:Utilize Microsoft Office programs to schedule conference room for meetings, data entry, and maintain parking lot mapTyping, filing, stuffing envelopes and staplingReceive incoming packagesParticipate in safety drills and follow all departmental proceduresDocumentation Responsibilities:Complete prospect form for MarketingSubmit maintenance work orders as neededTrack messages, incidents, and daily log activity Resident-Related Responsibilities:Update vacation/hospital log sheetsFollow emergency policies and proceduresConduct daily phone check-ins with residents to ensure well-beingCash Handling Responsibilities:Sell and dispense postage for residentsMaintain and balance petty cash drawerReceive payments and issues receipts when Business Office is closedOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATEPrior experience in a professional office settingStrong customer service skillsMust be able to communicate clearly using a multi-line telephone, a two-way radio and intercom systemMust be proficient in common computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as in-house security system and related equipmentWORK SCHEDULE FOR A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATEThis part-time position works between the hours of 7:30AM – 8:00PM 7/days per week. First and second shifts. Must have weekend availability.
