About the Role
The Company is seeking a Logistics Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the launch of new, high-impact initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of an elite team, directly reporting to the department founder, and will be responsible for leading and executing core 0-to-1 initiatives in the logistics domain. This role demands a high-agency builder mindset, with a focus on translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. The Chief of Staff will also be tasked with architecting scalable solutions and driving critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Logistics Chief of Staff position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A proven track record of domain expertise and a drive for extreme end-to-end ownership are essential.
