This is a small part-time role designed to fit alongside the rest of your week. There’s room to pick up extra hours when opportunities arise. Additional shifts may be available for team members who want them, without changing the role’s regular weekly commitment. You can contribute without being “on” with guests all day. This is primarily a behind-the-scenes role where your support still directly shapes the guest experience. You’ll work in an environment where doing things well is shared. Care, consistency, and follow-through aren’t something you’ll be expected to care about alone.
