Location: Pasco, WA
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: A-Level: $45-$55/hour | B-Level: $30-$45/hour. Productivity incentive of an additional $15/hour on billed hours over 40
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Introduction
We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a well-established European specialty repair shop in Pasco, Washington. This family-owned shop has served the community for more than 41 years and is experiencing tremendous growth, currently turning away work due to technician demand. Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on primarily European vehicles.
- Complete heavy line mechanical repairs and general automotive services.
- Diagnose and repair engine, steering, suspension, brake, and electrical systems based on experience level.
- Perform engine removal and replacement as needed.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
- Review repair information and parts lists to complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate findings with the team.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
A-Level Technician
- 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Heavy line repair experience.
- Experience working on European vehicles.
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
- Strong computer skills.
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
B-Level Technician
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Diagnostic experience.
- Experience working on European vehicles.
- Proven production history.
- Experience performing heavy line repairs, steering and suspension work, brake repairs, engine removal and replacement, and general maintenance.
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
- Positive attitude with strong productivity and a commitment to continued professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
A-Level Technician
- $45-$55 per hour.
- Productivity bonus available.
B-Level Technician
- $30-$45 per hour.
- Productivity bonus available.
