We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our breakfast and lunch service. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring outstanding service, maintaining restaurant standards, and assisting with the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily breakfast and lunch restaurant operations.
- Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Address employee questions and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety procedures.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist with opening, closing, staffing, and operational duties as assigned.
- Work closely with hotel and restaurant leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using technology; experience with Silverware POS and OpenTable is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 46 miles during a shift throughout the restaurant and hotel.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional extended hours.
