River Valley Home Health and Hospice in Kingman, AZ seeks a Hospice Social Worker to implement standards of care for medical social work services and support patients and families as part of the care team. The role requires a CSWE-accredited degree in social work, at least 1 year in healthcare, CPR, and a valid driver's license. Home health or hospice experience is preferred.
