Heritage Trail Apartments, a 312-apartment community in Terre Haute, is looking for a Maintenance Tech. Full-time offering a salary from $21 to $30 per hour plus performance-based incentives, paid time off, and other company-based benefits.
You will be responsible for daily repairs and maintenance to apartment units. That includes Plumbing, appliance replacement, light electrical repairs, drywall repair and painting, furnace repair, HVAC repair if you are EPA qualified, pool maintenance, exterior cleanup, and everything else a typical homeowner experiences.
