Travel/Local Maintenance Supervisor

Travel/Local Maintenance Supervisor for a 13-week assignment in or near Miles City, Montana. The role oversees maintenance staff, inspects and troubleshoots boiler systems, and ensures facility compliance. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler systems and other facility equipment for safety and compliance
• Collaborate with facility management to schedule preventive maintenance and enforce safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Execute additional maintenance duties as assigned to support facility operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MT Boilers License
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance supervision experience
• Proven leadership in a facility setting
• Familiarity with boiler systems
• Ability to manage maintenance staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Supervisory Certification (preferred)
