The ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive dental services, collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team, and creating an exceptional patient experience from day one. The dental suite is built out and ready — the right candidate will have input into equipment decisions and workflow development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planningPerform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractionsDeliver preventive dental care, patient education, and oral health counselingDiagnose and treat dental conditions while maintaining accurate clinical documentationAdminister local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort throughout treatmentCollaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver efficient patient careMaintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and California Dental Board regulationsHelp establish and grow a new dental practice by fostering long-term patient relationships and contributing to workflow developmentMaintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies in accordance with safety and quality standardsParticipate in practice growth initiatives and support a positive, team-oriented cultureAssist with establishing and growing the new dental practiceRequirementsDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school — requiredActive California Dental License in good standing — requiredActive and unrestricted DEA license — requiredCurrent BLS/CPR certification — requiredMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Dentist preferred — new graduates are also welcome to applyStrong customer service skills and computer proficiencyExcellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental teamWhy Apply Through Us?This role is being placed exclusively through Welltech Partners.
