Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history, which helps identify the most appropriate and effective treatment strategies. \n
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, leveraging tailored therapeutic approaches to foster resilience among clients. \n
- Providing evidence-based interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing. \n
- Leading both individual and group therapy sessions to aid patients in processing their trauma experiences and developing effective coping strategies. \n
- Collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for our patients. \n
- Offering crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that help is readily available when needed. \n
- Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote understanding and self-advocacy. \n
- Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Participating in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives focused on trauma-informed care techniques. \n
- Keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery continuously. \n
Your work as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will primarily focus on trauma survivors. You will engage with diverse clients who may be navigating complex trauma histories and mental health challenges, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida. \n
- Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a compassionate and supportive approach towards clients. \n
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortability using various computer applications. \n
- The capacity to maintain composure during high-stress situations, ensuring clients feel secure and supported. \n
While not mandatory, candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in trauma therapy will be favored. Familiarity with delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly beneficial for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
