Position Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support the production of precision tooling and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for machine set-up, operation, and maintaining close tolerances while meeting production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers
• Produce tooling and production components to print specifications
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor machine adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Read blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality concerns
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including PPE requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with machine setup and operation
• Blueprint reading and GD&T familiarity preferred
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with 5-axis machining, Fanuc controls, or composite tooling is preferred

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Direct Hire
• Compensation: $46,760.00 - $62,400.00 per year
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• 3rd Shift | 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (10% shift differential)
