We’re looking for a driven Senior Personal Injury Attorney to help lead and scale our San Diego presence. What You’ll Do Client Advocacy & Case Management: Manage an active plaintiff-side personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, providing strategic counsel and maintaining strong client relationships. Litigation: Handle litigation matters including depositions, mediations, motion practice, and court appearances to prepare cases for settlement, arbitration, or trial. Business Development: Help establish and grow our brand in the San Diego market by building meaningful relationships with referral partners, medical providers, and the local community. Tech-Driven Efficiency: Leverage advanced legal software and firm systems to track progress, streamline workflows, and enhance the client experience. Team Collaboration: Work closely with coordinators, paralegals, and support staff in a collaborative, high-performance environment. What We’re Looking For Required: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California. 5+ years of personal injury law experience with a proven ability to independently manage a caseload. Strong negotiation, advocacy, and client communication skills. Preferred: Demonstrated litigation experience (depositions, motion practice, court appearances). 7+ years of total personal injury experience and familiarity with complex/high-value claims. Experience driving referral relationships and community partnerships. Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.
