Admissions Counselor I

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks an ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR I to represent institution to prospective undergraduate students and their families at college fairs, visits to high schools, on campus and off campus events, and through regular telephone and email contact. Responsibilities include implementing the departmental student recruitment plan, maintaining frequent contact with prospective students, tracking progress, building reports, and analyzing trends within assigned geographic territory. Provides input to student recruitment using Customer Relations Management Software (CRM). Performs other duties as assigned. Hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.73.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed with a Driver's License from the State of Alabama required.
