Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Continuing Education - Hygienists who have completed one year of employment may seek reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride under a dentist's supervision. Offer excellent customer service and identify opportunities for same‑day care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene. Assess patients' dental condition, review medical history, and adhere to all regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with charting and take x‑rays when necessary. Show compassion to create memorable patient experiences. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
