Carrier Success Manager

Managing a dedicated territory, the full-time remote Carrier Success Manager will be responsible for retaining and growing DAT's carrier customer base, executing upsell strategies, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities Own churn quota and proactively manage at-risk accounts while ensuring full onboarding of new fleets Achieve growth targets for ancillary services and develop best practices for product upgrades Maintain territory intelligence to build growth strategies and identify expansion opportunities Required qualifications Proven experience in account management within a B2B environment Deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry Strategic thinking with a track record of developing profitable customer relationships Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in team management and cross-functional alignment
