Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality listing photos, videos, and Matterport 3D tours for residential rental properties throughout  Prince George's County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Washington, DC, and surrounding Maryland areas.

What You'll Do

• Review daily and weekly photography assignments
• Plan efficient travel routes to maximize productivity
• Prepare and maintain photography equipment
• Travel to residential properties throughout Maryland and Washington, DC
• Arrive early and perform a walkthrough before each shoot
• Capture professional interior and exterior photos
• Create Matterport 3D tours (when applicable)
• Capture video walkthroughs when requested
• Edit photos and upload completed media to company software
• Communicate professionally with property managers, owners, and residents
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across every property

What We're Looking For

• Experience with real estate photography preferred
• Experience creating Matterport 3D tours strongly preferred
• Strong composition and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Equipment & Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (Required)
• Computer or laptop with high-speed internet
• iPhone or newer iOS device preferred
• Tripod (preferred)
• Experience using Matterport software
• Matterport-compatible camera is a plus

Compensation

• $85 per completed photo session (includes Matterport tours)
• $42.50 trip fee if a property is not photo-ready upon arrival
• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for multiple shoots per week

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Daytime appointments
• Occasional weekend availability may be needed
• Travel throughout Maryland and Washington, DC
