Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $21.00/hr

About this Opportunity:

We are partnering with a manufacturing and distribution company. Their product divisions include Agronomics, Animal Health and Home, Lawn and Garden, Roofing Systems, and Vehicle Products.

This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has experience handling phone calls, emails, and other general office duties.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process customer orders accurately through various channels (phone, email, fax, in-person), including payment, shipment, and coordination.
• Run and maintain daily, mid-day, and weekly backup reports in the computer system.
• Facilitate shipments of backorders and handle product returns by processing Return Authorization forms and coordinating shipments.
• Assist the Warranty Department by completing necessary paperwork and shipping arrangements for replacement claims.
• Maintain organized records and assist in general office duties such as filing and paperwork.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3 years of in-office customer service experience
• Experience as a bank teller and processing payments
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient with computers, average typing skills, and familiarity with office equipment (calculator, copier, fax).
• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
