Junior Digital Designer

About the Role The Junior Digital Designer supports the Creative team by designing visually engaging, on-brand digital assets across AS Beauty's portfolio of brands, including Laura Geller, Julep, and Bliss. This role plays a hands-on part in executing creative concepts across e-commerce, Amazon, paid media, email, and social channels, working closely with senior designers to bring campaigns and product launches to life. This is an entry-level opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented designer who is early in their career and eager to grow. You'll learn how to balance brand consistency, performance-driven design, and creative storytelling, while building the technical and collaborative skills needed to advance within a fast-paced, multi-brand creative team. Key Responsibilities Ideate and design layouts and digital assets for product pages across all platforms, keeping the user experience at the center of every design decision Partner closely with the Amazon team to help strategize, design, and deliver consistent, on-brand updates across multiple Amazon storefronts and A+ content Apply and help enforce visual and branding guidelines consistently across all digital platforms, ensuring every asset reflects the correct brand standards Support the team with retouching model and product imagery as needed, maintaining a high level of polish and consistency across visual assets Qualifications Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain the rationale and thinking behind design choices Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment A genuine desire to grow and develop new skills as a designer Preferred Qualifications Strong interest in beauty, fashion, skincare, and haircare brands Ability to learn new programs, tools, and design skills quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr AS Beauty Group
