Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach up to 6 semester hours of undergraduate and graduate courses per semester
- Design courses in various delivery modes.
- Observe student teachers.
- Evaluate students' performance in all courses taught.
Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):
- A masters or higher Early Childhood Education.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience at the college level.
- Design course for online delivery. Evaluate students' performance in all courses taught.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of graduate level content in the specializations mentioned above
- Ability to interpret research data
- Knowledge of the use of Analytics
- Ability to use Blackboard Collaborate Ultra instructional delivery platform
- Ability to deliver instructions online in the synchronous, asynchronous or hybrid modalities
