Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative -Bone Health - Manchester, NH/Portland, ME (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across New England territories. The role involves educating medical professionals on clinical benefits, managing customer relationships, driving sales targets, and supporting patient access in a complex payer environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical product knowledge and communicate benefits to healthcare providers and medical professionals
- Execute sales strategy through in-person and virtual engagement to achieve territory targets
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while addressing product access and reimbursement issues
- Design and deliver medical educational programs; analyze territory performance and market effectiveness
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support district-level marketing strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's with 4+ years sales experience, or High School diploma with 6+ years sales experience
- For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales and/or clinical healthcare experience
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Product sales experience in specialty areas such as oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or nephrology preferred
- Strong relationship-building and sales execution capabilities
- Knowledge of payer landscape and product reimbursement processes
