• Current NY state license is a plus.

Bon Secours Community Hospital Port Jervis, New York

St. Joseph's Place Skilled Nursing Facility Port Jervis, New York

• Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• 40-bed facility with 4 open ICU beds.
• Annual volume of 2,044.
• Codes run by ED, rapid response by hospitalist.
