Fogón and Lions está buscando personas responsables, trabajadoras y con buena actitud para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina en la posición de Lavaplatos (Dishwasher) .

Tu Misión
Tu misión será mantener nuestra cocina limpia, organizada y funcionando eficientemente para que todo el equipo pueda ofrecer un servicio excepcional.
Como Lavaplatos, eres una parte esencial de nuestras operaciones. Tu trabajo permite que nuestros cocineros, chefs y equipo de servicio puedan desempeñar sus responsabilidades de manera eficiente.
Tu éxito será medido por tu responsabilidad, organización, actitud positiva y disposición para apoyar a tus compañeros.
Tus Responsabilidades
- Lavar y desinfectar platos, vasos, utensilios, ollas y equipos de cocina.
- Mantener limpia y organizada el área de lavado.
- Asegurar que los utensilios y equipos estén disponibles durante el servicio.
- Apoyar al equipo de cocina durante los momentos de alto volumen.
- Mantener los pisos, áreas de trabajo y estaciones limpias y seguras.
- Retirar basura y mantener organizadas las áreas correspondientes.
- Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza, higiene y seguridad.
- Ayudar con tareas básicas de preparación cuando sea necesario.
- Apoyar con las responsabilidades de apertura y cierre.
- Trabajar en equipo y ayudar donde sea necesario para mantener una operación eficiente.
